Key Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager with daily store operations

Lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve sales targets

Deliver exceptional customer service

Act as key holder and manage the store when required
Ideal Candidate

Previous team leadership experience, or a senior sales advisor ready to step up

Strong communication and coaching skills

Passion for teamwork, learning, and customer experience
